Anyone experience this problem with the Tesla 5?

On several occasions recently the Tesla 5 has turned off unexpectedly often when riding over bumpy road. It is a bit variable & I'm not 100% certain about this. It happened repeatedly today, but the battery was significantly depleted and this may have contributed. However I think that it has happened before with a fully charged battery. If it happens again with a fully charged battery then I presume that is most likely a faulty switch.

Any thoughts?

I had an Edison which did something similar. I tracked it down to a poor connection between the battery pack and the light. The special grease Lupine provided helped for a while as did squashing the metal plugs within the connection to make them a tighter fit onto the pins.

In the end I swapped the Lupine connectors out for RC car battery pack connectors. If you go this route make sure you mark all the wires before you snip off the old connectors so get battery pack, light and charger all properly connected.
