Hi all, trust your well, so off we tootle for an easy runSunday afternoon, the weather has been pooh here in the East Mids so the MBT came out, over 2000 ft climbing at quite a fair pace and 30 odd miles later perhaps half on trails and Monday morning my back lumbar region felt very sore, since I've been back on the bike I've tried to strengthen my core, sit up's plank etc any advice greatly appreciates and is it normal ?
