If i didnt have bad luck, i'd have no luck at all !!!!
Pumped up the tyres and thought i'd have a quick up the road.
I now need to buy allen keys as the handlebar is lopsided and loose, the brakes are so tight the wheels won't go round and need allen key to adjust the saddle !!
Ca la vie !!!

Get yourself a good multitool and enjoy the bike

Ah, that's unfortunate. As @vickster says, a good multitool should help. I find I use 2, 4, 5 and 6mm allen keys most often so it should have these and a flat and Phillips screwdriver. On my bikes 8 and 10mm spanners are useful for a few jobs too - yours will probably be the same.

If you don't have quick release levers on the wheels you'll need a 15mm spanner of some sort for those.

You'll always find someone on here prepared to help, so do ask if you need to.

Aldis still had a load of multitools leftover here (Milton Keynes). Dunno how good they are, but they have a chain breaker too which is a nice touch for the money.

Edit: just saw your location, oops!

I have the multitool by Avenir, it's okay, but the wood veneer on the sides broke and I replaced with some washers, otherwise it's a nice tool and has a chain breaker. I carry that and one of those wrenches that has 3 arms coming out from the middle. And a set of Allen Keys. You'll also like having a small home workshop or tool box, to keep the bigger tools like a bottom bracket remover, axle wrenches and pedal wrench for the fall re-greasing festival, which, if I recall the Rota correctly, is the week before the Eve of all Hallows in the Anglican Kalender.

You need one set of tools to keep in your bike bag plus another set for the house.
Because, if you only have one 15mm spanner, when you have a flat on the road be sure the spanner has been left behind at home!
