Hi, I'm recovering from a long term illness and need to make it easier for myself on the climbs now I'm back on the bike.

I've got an Ultegra equipped Scott CR1, 10 speed 11-26, with a 50-36 chain ring.

Ideally I'd like to get to something like 32T with 34T chainring, preferably without replacing the whole group set.

All suggestions welcome, TIA!

Easy enough. Long cage derailleur + new chain and cassette. Swapping the 36 inner for a 34 is just undoing bolts.

11-32 is at Tiagra level but realistically a 10spd chain from any series is fine. I wouldn't run higher than 105
