started cycling around 6 weeks ago and I've noticed a massive change in my muscle tone and size in my legs and I'm sure the women will notice and appreciate my rear a lot more haha
anybody else sometimes enjoy the aesthetics more than fitness?
Muscles respond pretty fast to stress by building up extra fibres. I'm fitter now than I've ever been in my life and when walking my legs feel heavy and not very flexible.
Ace I'm 22 again! I think your legs build up alot at first and then slow down, I've not noticed my thighs get much bigger over the last six months. If you like that you should start doing squats with weights, that'll get them pumped even more.
