Loose cranks here's what to do.
Monkey wrench lock ring of without removing crank arms sit it on spindle for now open the cone (or is it the cup)do this with crank arms still on. Tighten everything back up by hand banging on the crank nuts occasionally.Once tightened as far as possible by hand tighten with monkey wrench back to what it was. ( take the caps of you will break them).

Monkey wrench lock ring of without removing crank arms sit it on spindle for now turn it back on by hand only loosen it a couple of turns gently bit by bit turn it to close it tapping the crank arms at the crank arm nut ( take the caps of you will break them) keep turning lock ring tiny bits and giving both sides crank arms a fairly good tap at the nut when you tightened it all you can by hand finish with your tool. It should be done by now.

Welcome to the UK - what language is that?
