Looks like you've got plenty to do. Probably one of the big imported brands like Schwinn or Huffy.
I shouldn't bother with tubeless as the rims won't be compatible.
You could probably fit a motor with a front wheel conversion fairly easily.
An expert on trikes should be able to be of more help. I think @midlife is a 3 wheel enthusiast.

Have a look at this 1975 centennial trike, offered in 2021 in Florida.
The pic of the transmission from underneath looks very similar to yours, but yours might be an earlier model?
Love the chainguard on that one! Note that the Sturmey Archer hub has a year stamped on it - clean yours and see if that ties it down.

Compared to the one in the second link, this one appears to have a twist in the frame.

The chromed parts you can use cooking foil and lemon juice on. Cheap, easy and effective. The frame, I'm not so certain about using only organic chemicals.

thank you very much. i ended up making a solution with baking soda, white vinegar, dawn dish soap and lemon juice from an actual lemon lol. it worked pretty good! i have sooo much work to do lololol BUT i found out my hub aint got a single marking on it.. not one.
