Looking for bike stand for head tube

I've seen in YouTube videos when people are spray painting they're putting the frame on a pipe which inserts into the head tube making the bike frame appear upright. Any ideas what the name of these stands are or where I can buy one?

It will need a collar on it to stop it sliding down all the way, it will also need a 'foot' to counteract the weight of the frame, I suspect these are handmade
