Looking for an LBS (East London)

Hi everyone, this is my first post on CycleChat so don't be overly mean! I took my bicycle this morning to a bikeshop to get it stripped down ready for a powder coating, because I don't have the correct tools, and they said 120 quid just to take all the parts off and then put them back on after! Seemed a little ridiculous so I was wondering if anyone new a good LBS around east London that won't leave me defiled?

Thats £60 to take the gear off and the same to put it back. Considering labour costs and rents in London nowadays doesn't sound too out of the way. Be interested to know if you can improve on that. My local guy here would charge about a fiver!
