Looking for a new bike

I was wonder if anyone knows of a bike/make that looks/or is in the style of this one, but has the benefit of gears - not after alot of gears, maybe 3-5

I can't recall seeing anything quite like that with 3-5 gears off the shelf.

Have you spoken to On-One about getting one built with a 3-speed hub gear?
