All I can seem to find is Black or Carbon.

Anyone got any pointers.
Up to about £500 for a pair. 700cc Shimano 10speed.

Ian they are a bit rare but IRD Cadence Aero in Niobium (the inclusion of which I would probably take with a pinch of salt) comes in silver and 30mm profile. I suspect the one used here is the same thing, but no idea whether they are a good builder or not. Some generally positive reviews (of the 30mm version) rim here.

I had a rear wheel built for my fixed with one of those IRD Cadence rims and it was pretty bullet proof, shame the miche hub was not. Mind you three years off all weather commuting, it was handbuilt and is still true to this day albeit the hub is knackered.

Cheers RAFN, Appreciated.
The Spin do look like a possible

You are welcome. I was a little uneasy reading their ad though - if I were you I would probably ask some questions before ordering: according to my first link above and others the rims are 465g a piece which doesn't surprise me for 30mm aero; assuming there are 32, CX ray spokes and nipples should total around 150g on each wheel. Frankly I can't see how they could make a pair weigh 1430g. 200g is exceptionally light for a rear hub, that leaves 0g for the front...

The Spin Speedmetal wheels I am looking at are 1540gms for the 30mm's.
I have dropped them an email anyway.
Cheers again.
