also has (top left) a 'find your retailer', so enter your postcode, find your local one who does Look and go and badger them.

I've just rung my local dealers, Ron Spencer of Warrington, been told they know nothing about it, that there's no problem at all with the pedals, but if there were they would demand to see proof-of-purchase saying that I'd bought them from there, otherwise they wouldn't undertake any warranty work.

Very useful - but then that's why I stopped going to Ron Spencer's...
