Please help me in my search!

I've been round 3 LBS today in the hope of trying on tights and only one shop had one pair of ladies tights available, and they were very thin. So my search has gone online but most places don't seem to list the leg length and I'm fed up with ordering several sizes of things and returning them! Can anyone recommend any tights for short people? I'm 5'4, think my inside leg is approx 28"?

I have some Castelli Cromos and they're lovely and comfortable etc but they go half way down my feet and I have to have them tucked in my shoes, which would be fine, and prob quite nice in the colder weather but as they have zippers to the ankle this is quite uncomfortable inside your shoes!

Anyone know of any that do different leg lengths or are generally smaller? Often the leg length is the same regardless of the overall size (i.e. the leg length on the XS is the same as the XL)

Help!

I have the opposite problem! How about cropped with leg warmers underneath?

I'm shorter than you and I go for 3/4 with leg warmers or Primark's extra thick tights for cold weather (they have no seams in the crotch area).

lol vickster, we're obviously not 'typical cyclist' size, either of us!

3/4 and leg warmers might be a good call thanks

Will check out those you mentioned above

I have a cheap pair of Crivit bib tights in large or Xlarge from Aldi or Lidl , perfect length for my short 29 inch legs .

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
I've found most success with tights with stirrups, rather than zips, as they seem to be designed to have to stretch to your leg length to fit, rather than having to be the correct length, if you see what I mean.
