I need a brake caliper with a drop of 67mm,measured centre of mounting bolt to centre of braking surface. These need to be in period from late 70's.Any suggestions?

Try a cycle jumble, such as the sort organised by local CTC clubs.

Try HERE. They don't appear to have any right now, (although the BR020's look a longer drop than standard, but might be an illusion), but it's got to be worth an email to them.

They may have some they've just not got around to fettling and listing yet.

Alhonga deep drops.

DP's yes and not strictly of the period although DP's have been around longer than you think, personally I prefer being able to stop over being entirely period.

Raleigh 20s (shoppers) had extra long brake callipers - you could try looking for those.
