Long 12mm thru axle adapter needed

I have a Fuji 2.3 disc which uses 12mm thru axles. I need to convert to a QR skewer so I can mount a pannier rack as there are no frame mounts. The longest axle Converter I can find is 148mm, which is too short. I need 170-175mm approx.
any ideas???

Use p clips for the rack top and bottom? Or is it carbon so need to use a seatpost clamp?

Provide links to wheel/hub and the converter you say is too short.
