I went to the wetlands Centre in Barnes, London today with @vickster and friend. I'm pretty happy if a facility provides Sheffield stands in a well trafficked area, that they had lots of these cages, which looks pretty Secure and you could fasten with U lock or a padlock. Probably anything but my fahgeddabout, which was a little too thick. The cages can comfortably take three bikes, with a shelf for your bits and pieces.
Oh, and - perhaps I should've led with this - they also have otters.
