London to Brighton charity ride

4 months ago I was unfit fat and lazy, now I'm taking part in my very first charity cycle 55 miles! I'm not here tp ask people for their money but couple of fourmers have asked for my just giving page link so I'll leave the link here. If any fourmers are kind enough to support me on my first charity cycle it would mean a lot.
