I've seen London Road Safety Plan 2010 referenced in couple of instances, for example in Casualties in Greater London during 2010. Now that 2010 is far behind and London failed to reach its target of 50% reduction of cyclist KSI (only managed 18%) I'm wondering was anything learned from the previous decade? What concrete actions were taken, what worked and what didn't? Especially when it comes to cycling injuries as something obviously didn't go as planned. Given such an important and long term project surely there was a serious analysis done to learn from it. Right?
