London Football Ground Cycle Ride
Wow! There are some serious rides here!
Ours is somewhat tame by comparison.
I and other Supporters and Players of Staines Town FC are taking part in a sponsored cycle ride between eleven London football grounds on Sunday 6th June 2010.
We will be starting at Crystal Palace and then cycling on to Millwall, Charlton, West Ham, Leyton Orient, Tottenham, Arsenal, Queen Park Rangers, Chelsea, Fulham finishing at Brentford, a total of distance of 57.41 miles.
Most like myself are non regular cyclists, I cycle around 5 miles a week so I need to start getting some serious training underway!
Everyone is cycling for their own chosen charities. I am cycling and hoping to raise as much as possible for Ashford & St Peters Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Special Care Baby Unit.
