Good morning, quick question ?

I have seen recently around my way an increased amount of both front and rear lights which not only have a fixed light but also flashing led,s at the same time. Can anyone tell me the make ?

If I understand you correctly this is a light that is permanently on, with a brighter / darker phase?

The one that comes to mind is the "Exposure" series. They have the light in low mode and then add a high mode as the "flash"

As a general rule (not 100% though) the manufacturers tend to refer to the on/off syetem as "flashing" and the two intensity system as "strobe" or "strobing"

I have a cateye volt which has a constant light with a flashing pulse at the same time.Its one of the settings I use most.Very effective in my opinion
