Light with a steady-pulse mode

I'm trying to cut down on the clutter on my handlebars.
I like a steady light and a flashing light at the same time.
I saw someone the other day who had a light that was steady but then pulsed a bright flash every 3/4 second or so.

I think the Exposure lights do this, but they are a bit pricey for my liking.

Do any other manufacturers do this mode?

C&B Seen City Slicker does this too. Pulses from Medium to max, about 1250 lumens real. Very eye catching, or so I thought, but you can't win with blind drivers.

Also Cateye Volt have this mode.
