That's strange, it says on their site that they do free delivery to Italy for orders over £50 and that they will delivery that one abroad.
I think that, rather than they don't ship it to Italy, the problem is that there are none around. The item is out of stock and it's marked as "clearance" so it's discontinued and won't be replaced.
