I think it would take a pretty serious incident for a driver to receive it, but it's a step in the right direction I feel.

Nick Freeman has fallen on hard times. Now most bobbies wear bodycams, and the evidential breath tests are also video'd, he has zero scope for bullpoising on his clients behalf that procedures weren't followed. Hard to raise a reasonable doubt when its all on video for the beak to watch.
