Had some cracking service from Life on Wheels in Holywell, Flintshire, North Wales over the weekend. Got a cracking discount on a pannier rack, then the shop assistant fitted it for me free of charge and threw me a spare set of fitting bolts too. Couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be going back in future!
