Lezyne Mini GPS

Bought one of these last week. First time I used it was grand but next time that I turned it on it seems to be stuck thus

Anyone ever seen this and know what to do to fix it if possible?

Or should I just return it and get another?

There is a fairly extensive User Guide online, they suggest trying a reset if nothing else works, reset instruction is right down at the bottom of the page.
Google 'Lezyne mini gps user guide' and select the appropriate model.
