It's a black PVC bag with a water resistant zip that is just the right size and shape to slip into a jersey pocket. In it you can stash at your choice; a multitool, some tyre levers, a couple of CO[sub]2[/sub] canisters, a spare tube, a puncture repair kit, credit/debit card, ICE card and some pictures of the queen.
Then you just zip it up and shove it in one of your jersey pockets so your lovely Sunday bike is unencumbered by silly bags, with fiddly zips, in awkward places.
I got mine from an LBS in Chicester and got change from a tenner. They are available on the interwebs for about eight beer tokens. I'm thinking of getting a second one in gray for mobile phone, coins and keys. I reckon my retractable café lock would fit in there as well. Useful to have a bag packed and ready to pick up and go I reckon.
I've yet to find a Lezyne bit of kit I didn't love.
