It is not always a good idea to go out for a ride when feeling a bit 'icky' 5Km from home and came over very hot, faint and dizzy and stomach felt like somebody had kicked me there, so sunday ride turned into a not so good experience

how did you guess LOL going to get saddle bag, punture repair kit, inner tube, so that i can venture further afield without worry
