Legwarmers.

Last winter I'd warm up wearing my legwarmers. It's a bastard trying to get them off while standing in a muddy field, in the rain, with three kilos of mud attached to your shoes.

Can you get clever cyclocross style legwarmers that don't require shoe-removal to get them off?

I've seen people wearing leg warmers with zips for this very reason, although I don't know the manufacturers name, but I can reassure you that such an item does exist!
