Legs won't work

Out for my normal weekend ride today and the les just dont want to know. Although i dont feel unwell i do think i am a bit rundown.

Anyone got any remidies to get a bit more energy without munching sugar or caffeine?

Sometimes I find it helps to forget about speed/distance and just pootle: that way I'm still out and about on the bike in the fresh air but I'm still giving my legs a break.

Sardine’s on dry wholemeal bread, will run you at 29 mph for 15 miles. The down side is you will need a wife and two girl fiends, to cope with your extra activates. But I think that’s a small price to pay for a big raise: in you average speed!:biggrin:
