whatever I have said about Hill's in the past, I take it all back, Sunday's ride was a planned 40 miles from Llanberis to Betws y Coed and back, I failed at the first hill (Llanberis Pass) what a beast of a hill but in my defence it is technically more of a Mountain than a hill, I rode up from Nant Peris side and there is one part of it that felt like it was vertical, and to think some people can Sprint up these monsters is mind bogoling, only good thing about that ride was coming back down, I hit 40 mph with brakes on coming down could have gone faster if there was no traffic and I was nut's

I've only ever ridden up the other side - but the descent into Llanberis is a blast.

I've ridden it from both sides and the Nant Peris side is the hardest and saves the worst until last, so well done.

That looks like some ride. It can only get easier! That's the worse thing about keeping fit. If you don't do it for a while when you get back in the saddle, it's the worst
