The hill certainly looks to be very steep so good luck to them for fitting the lift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aye, but you are still a youngster, will you still be able to beat the lift in 60 years time?

I met up with a Norwegian just recently and asked him where he was from. When he said Trondheim, I said "Oh! That's the place with the cycle lift". I'm not sure if he was pleasantly surprised, or disappointed, to discover his home city was famous for its cycle lift.

I walked up that hill a few weeks ago: it was covered in snow and ice!

You can buy a season ticket for it and use it as many times you want when it's open.

Going down is a full-on brake job as there is no where to run out onto and there's a road on the right (and vehicles on the right normally have the right of way)!
