Happy to report he's made it safely out of St Bees and was heading into the Lakes proper when I looped back home this morning. Setting off into a torrential downpour didn't seem to curb any enthusiasm either

Hello - sorry yes I got back night before last but spent yesterday mostly lying around the house and groaning!
