larger cycling clothes

Hello fellow cyclists
A friend of mine was out with me today, getting drenched by rain and spray. She wore normal shorts whereas I had cycling ones with inner protection.
She was soggy and heavy in that area whilst I was fine.
She tells me she has tried to find cycling shorts but they don't do them up to her size and the men's ones dont fit properly.

Anyone know of a make of womens cycling clothing that goes a size or few larger?

Thanks in advance

Corinne Dennis does larger clothes http://www.corinnedennis.co.uk/

Pearl Izumi women's stuff comes up quite generously - I wear an XL (probably around a size 16-18), but they also do an XXL which will be a 20 I'd say

I just got some of these which are great

http://www.amazon.co...g/dp/B002KW3GH0 (they have the XXL)

Lycra dries nicely too and the 3/4 length keep more leg warm

If she would rather something baggy, she could get some 3/4 cargos from M&S, BHS, even sports direct in tracksuit material or similar and wear over the shorts

Or these come in a 20 http://www.corinnede...g-trousers.html

+1 for Pearl Izumi, also Polaris come up quite generously and are relatively cheap. Some mens stuff will fit better than others (I largely buy blokes' stuff because at 6ft I don't find women's stuff long enough) so it might be worth her shopping around - just tell her to avoid mens bib shorts if she's got big t*ts!
