Nope.... but I can recommend Revolution Bikes based in Puerto del Carmen. Very nice English couple (Mandy and Dominic, who'd been out in Lanzarote for three years) who rented me a Spesh Tarmac for 8 days over Easter a couple of years ago. I was based down in Playa Blanca and they were happy to deliver the bike to me within a designated 1 hour slot, all pre-arranged via email in advance of going out there. Am sure they would deliver to Costa Teguise.
Very reasonable cost and they fully set the bike up for me including fitting my pedals before leaving me. They supplied a puncture kit and spare tube, but also gave me a phone number and said to call if I got into any difficulties anywhere on the island (I didn't and am fairly self sufficient, but the offer was nice). Bike picked up at the end of the holiday as well, no issues.
Would happily use them again assuming they are still running the place.

Am also going to Lanzarote, in May. Also looking to hire. Revolution seem to be the place.

I'm off to Lanzarote next month. 
Not hired bikes there before but will be looking at Cool Bikes in Playa Blanca.

I ended up hiring a hybrid bike for 3 days from Tommy's bikes (Aka Bike station.) at the start of this week.
It was a decent bike at a decent price; I'd use them again.

Finally managed to secure an Orbea for three days on Lanzarote - happy happy happy!!!!
