This could be more of a medical thing like just having a cold (although not sneezing or coughing). But, went out for a ride down to Brighton, and after 15 odd miles, i was ready to throw in the towel. Managed to get to the top of Turners Hill where I rested for 20 odd mins. Had to get to haywards heath to catch a train home, so another 10miles odd. Felt dead, legs were like quicksand, and went to bed when I got home for a sleep. Fuel wise on route, I took in a couple of bananas, a couple of non-caffeine gels and bars and fuilds, and some nuts.
The commute to work, a measly 6miles each way is leaving me shattered too, legs wobbly and drained. Even having a little nap during lunch time. I'm sleeping ok at night and eating no different then normal. Gym 3 times a week, one of those a PT session.
Any ideas? just a odd couple of weeks? a bug of some kind? Any help or advice would be welcome. Thanks
