Have a KS Lev seatpost (my first) which at the full 125mm rise is about 20mm short of where it needs to be. Are there spacers available and is it a good idea to use them?

I don't think you can space a dropper post.

How much is left in the frame and what's the minimum insertion?

If its above minimum insertion, then you'll need another post - you might encounter similar issues with other posts, although a longer rise post should have a longer insertion depth.

I can see from the spec there is a large spread between min and max insertion depth so will play around with that. Should allow me to check the cable and the air pressure at the same time.

That's what I thought but thought to check anyway.

They are just the same as any post, other than you need to worry more about how far the post can be inserted as it can leave you with a saddle too high when the post is up.
