I bought a fagh... lock about a year ago, and registered on the Kryptonite site. A few months later a lost my key ring, including my lock key**. No problem, 2 spares. When I was flying recently I packed the spare key in my luggage, and it disappeared. Down to one key. I go to the Kryptonite site to order replacements, $US6 each seemed fair, but it turns out the first replacement keys are free.
Email sent on 12 April (Saturday) with my key number and my postal address, and the 2 spare keys arrived today.
Service couldn't be better.
** that key ring also had the only surviving key to 12 year old Abus lock, that was in use, and had to be removed with an angle grinder. A bad day all around.
