To confirm:

Location near Bicester Oxon, as stated.
Size is 19", as stated (49cms in 'new money')

Other measurements, asked by ano in a PM may be useful:
93cms from saddle top to ground.
93cms from bar to to ground.
62 CMS from seatpost to bar centre.
