I picked some of this stuff up ages ago as it was in the reduced bin somewhere so didn't cost a lot .
This morning I had a slight pull on my knee due to the weekends riding and I was going to give it a squirt of deep heat but decided to give the tape a try first .
To my surprise it seems to have worked
Adam Ant time now ^_^

I'm sorry, but I can't believe that attaching strips of sticky tape across your face sorted out a knee problem!

Was the tape about Kinesiology, which is a legitimate scientific field of study, or Applied Kinesiology, which is new-age bollocks?
The new age applied stuff that worked  to be honest I think it just acted as a support stocking would . I guess it has the advantage that it can be applied where you cant get a support stocking I'm a dandy highwayman .
my pilates / phsiotheripist / genius has used the stuff on me - she has been away on courses learning how to use it correctly, you don't just wrap up parts of your anatomy with the stuff and hope for the best - when she has used it on me she has very precisely positioned it at the correct tension over specific muscles in a certain position to semi disable those muscles forcing other muscles to do the work they should be doing in the first place, its all a bit mystifying, I think to get the most from the stuff you need a deep understanding of the entire musculoskeletal system.
I watched the dvd aswell :okay:

I was a sceptic when I put the stuff on btw . I wasn't healing the wounded , I had a bit of a twinge that I would normally have sprayed with stuff or put a stocking over .
I walked up and down the stairs this morning and had a pull at my knee , put the tape on and walked up and down the stairs again , no hurty knee . Took the tape off about lunchtime , probably the same amount of time I would have been ok anyway and im fine ...... Apart from the two sunburn stripes across my nose :hyper:
