Kickstand advice

I have a holdsworth racing bike that I use for my daily commute to college. This weekend I decided to fit a set of mudguards and this is where I hit a snag. The back wheel won't go into the dropouts with both the mudguard and kickstand in place. This is because the kickstand pushes the mudguard back and blocks the wheel from going in.

I am therefore looking for a kickstand which mounts onto another part of the tube such as the chainstay if one exists.

Thanks in advance, Tom

Hi Holdsworth, Try this post over in the touring and expedtion part of the forest. There are rear stay kickstands about and they are most popular with tourists and campers etc. Good luck
