Does anyone have the kettlebell kettleworx dvd???

My wife has just bought a few kettlebells, I might have a go.
I've reserved one of the library books so that needs picking up...apart from youtube can someone point me in the direction of employing them to do something usefull other than doorstops

Look on dragondoor.com. Loads of kettlebell and other exercise stuff there.
Apart from the kettlebell stuff look at convict conditioning. One of the best body weight exercise books there is

Take care not to go to heavy to quick. Even if you do regular weight training, they will hurt and you don't realise just how much you're doing.
