Karrimor Iberian pannier fixings

I have a pair of Karrimor Iberian panniers which date from about 2001. They have plastic hooky thingies at the top to clip onto the rack, and on the rear of each pannier are slots which a button fixing you attach to the rack slots into. I've used one pannier non stop for commuting (and it's behaved flawlessly) but have only recently wanted to usenthe second one. Can I find the spare button bit to fit onto my rack? Can I buggery.

Any ideas where I could get a spare? No idea even what to Google for!

I bought some a few years ago form Lancashire Sports Repairs

The other options are to fit an Ortlieb or similar bracket to the plastic plate or to put an elastic strap through the present fittings
