What about all the other stuff? Tubes, patches etc. You'd still need a bag to carry them, so what's the point?

Judging by the ad copy it's so you can show off to your mates. Which you can do once at best, after that you will look a bit sad if you try it again and will have to resort to a comedy hat to convince them that you have a wild and interesting personality.
