Was in a taxi yesterday and got chatting to the driver.
Usual nonsense about this and that.
Then he said "wait and i'll tell you about the clown I had in here earlier!
Guy jumps in the taxi just off the train from Dunblane, oldish guy, and he say's can you take me to St Vincent Street, I meeting folk in a pub called Albarony and don't know Glasgow at all"
The taxi driver starts driving to St Vincent St which is quite a long street right through Glasgow city centre. Anyway he's thinking all the time about where the pub is as he doesn't recognise the name and asks the guy again what it's called.
Again the guy reading a text from his mobile says Albarony.
Nope says the taxi driver. Never heard of it.
The guy tries phoning the people he was meeting but none of them were answering.
Eventually the driver a bit pissed off asks to see the text as he can't think of any pub with that name.
The text read - Hi Dale, looking forward to seeing you. We're are all in All Bar One!
