Hello, I am a heavy duty commuter to my work in Baar which is about 26km from Zurich where I live. I tend to switch over to the knobbly tyred MTB in the winter months as the roads get a bit sketchy in Switzerland over the winter months.
Weekend rides consist of hitting the odd alpine pass that are dotetd around, depending on mates available and weather it could be in the French, or Italian or indeed (closer to home) German speaking part of the country.
Last year took on the wonderful Maratona event in the dolomites and loved it so much am signed up for the 2016 version. Also planning some longish rides in my homeland - Scotland !
