wowieee, now that is what i call a country ride, great viewws, great riding parnter, great hills loved every minute of it, 45 mmile next weekend, buttt oh dear, the ache in my legs now ive stopped! hot bath for me i thinks

Well done. Did my first 30 mile sportive yesterday. Funnily enough it was a lot easier with other people around you setting a pace. Thankfully I'd practiced the course a couple of times over the last couple of weeks – the little hills didn't get any easier!
