Gonna be using the cycle track and the towpaths through the winter - so decided to retire the road bike for the winter and by THIS

Should do me for the winter and the odd ride to work.

Now that it is a nice looking bike at an even better looking price. That should see you through the winter. Good gear ratios too if you ever find a towpath with serious hills !!!!!!!^_^

The towpaths dont have serious hills - but there's bloody hills getting home from the towpaths - trust me, as i dont chuck the bike in the car drive to said towpaths ride and then chuck bike back in car and go home.

The towpaths are 6 miles away with 1000ft ascent on the way back!!

I only ask, because you know the irish water ski team disbanded because they couldn't find a lake or stretch of water with a steep enough downhill gradient.

Good luck with the hills, they keep you fit, but try to avoid the 28-28 gear combo on your new bike....as that would be too easy !!!! :dance:

The new Felt QX65 Hybrid arrived today - all put togther, cycle computer fitted, spd sl's fitted,

just a shame the dog slipped a disc in his back or i could have gone for a little spin on it!
