looked for a giant defy 2 on web and found one at a good price £672 ,phoned the shop to check it was in stock .yes it was had 2 left so placed the order and looked forward to go for a nice ride .next day e.mail saying sorry not in stock but do you want a specialized allez sport instead for £699 .seems fare to offer a lower spec bike for more money . is this a common thing practice
