<Bump>!
I'm bumping this thread with my recent experience. I resisted posting until I'd seen how my issues panned out.
I ordered some new Endura Strike waterproof gloves after i ripped the old ones in a crash. JeJames sent them out, but I got a call the day after while I was at work asking if they were the right size as they'd found some large had been misslabelled medium (I'd ordered medium.)
When I got back turns out the gloves were large, and although the difference isn't that much they were too big. I went on line and saw on the returns form that I could email for a pre paid postage label and send them back, as it was their error. After two weeks (I'm patient!) I looked again and saw in the returns bit of the website they refund postage when a return is their fault, but that they ask for returns within 14 days.
So, sent the gloves back with form and covering letter explaining the delay and I've just collected the correct size from the courier with a receipt for the refund of my postage.
Although it'd be better not to have had the original error, they called as soon as they were aware and repaced the gloves without quibble even after my delay. Things go wrong from time to time, and as far as I can see JeJames in this case sorted it out well.
Hope they adjust the form on the website to prevent confusion. I understand why they refund rather than prepay, as then people who aren't as honest as us CCers will say it's their fault when it isn't to get free postage!
