While you are waiting for his reply... I am 6' 1" tall and ride 58 cm bikes, and know quite a few other people of similar height who do so I'd say that 59 cm would probably suit someone 6' 0" - 6' 2" (-ish).

Yes, that's what I'm thinking, I normally ride 57cm but you never know.

I'm 6' 1" .... remember the difference between 58 and 59 is just 10 mm. 22.8 inch to 23.2 inch ... strangely i ride a classic 531 frame at 24 inch .... and often 25 .....

I had one bike that was 60-61 cm. It was slightly large for me, but it was fine with a shorter stem.
